They're already going carving a name for themselves in the hugely competitive London burger scene but Black Bear Burger aren't sitting on their laurels. This week they're gearing up to launch a new weekly Thursday Steak Night at their Brixton restaurant.
On the menu will be a rotating offer of different cuts - bavette will always be on - and they'll be using the grass-fed dry-aged British beef that makes their burgers so good.
Alongside the steak, you'll also be able to try the garlic truffle burger they launched recently for National Burger Day and sides will include a must-try Blooming Onion with burger sauce and grilled hispi cabbage with brown butter.
