The Dorchester rooftop bar is reopening with an English country garden makeover

the Dorchester rooftop is reopening for the summer

You know it's definitely summer when The Dorchester reopens its rooftop bar. This year the space will bring the English country garden vibes and serve up an all-day brunch menu by the hotel's culinary director Martyn Nail (ex-Claridge's).

Brunch, Dorchester-style, means dishes like caviar, oysters and fruit de mer, grilled Cornish lobster fregola, côte de boeuf and truffle risotto.

Amid the herb gardens and fairy lights, they'll serve up cocktails like Prairie Breeze and Endless Summer and are promising a bit of tableside theatre too with a bar trolley mixing up some cocktails beside you. There will also be snacks to go with the cocktails if a whole fruits de mer platter sounds too much - like truffle eclairs and sliders.
