TĀTĀ Eatery is back, popping up for a one-month residency at The Sea, The Sea in Hackney

it's been a while since we've seen something from TATA Eatery, with the team more recently helping to launch Mr Ji in Camden. But now they're back for a one-month appearance, popping up at The Sea, The Sea in Hackney in a team-up with Resy. Run by Zijun Meng and Ana Gonçalves the menu for this run is "inspired by Meng’s personal journey through mindfulness meditation practice". So it'll be a different approach from the ones the duo have done before, and they describe it as "a 2-hour journey through Ana and Meng’s love, dedication and commitment to their craftsmanship and food for thought."

The menu is still to be announced but we're told it will feature cooking with fire, Iberian pork, lots of seafood and the menu will end with a delicious rice dish - "a TĀ TĀ eatery classic".

In addition to the main menu, they've also set up a series of collaborations for the month, every Monday. That starts with Calum Franklin on 17 July, followed by Jan Ostle from Wilsons in Bristol and  Niall Davidson from Alta in Dublin.

It's good to see TĀTĀ Eatery back and hopefully, we'll see them in permanent form after this residency.
