We do love a good sandwich and if you do too, then a new pop-up that's coming to Vinegar Yard should be well worth a look.
The Experimental Sandwich Shop comes from the people behind Bad Boy Pizza Society and it's all inspired by a recent trip to New York. As such, the sandwiches are all stacked Italian American Heroes from a regularly changing menu. That'll kick off with a meatball sub, grilled chicken caesar and aubergine parm as the standard menu, with specials including chicken bruschetta, porchetta and salsa verde and vodka chicken parm.
They're available to take away or to have on the Vinegar Yard terrace, so if you're looking for something new for lunch this week, this should be worth a look.
