We've seen fresh hot doughnut maker Treats Club in various forms, as both a pop-up and a longer-term space in Netil Market. Now owner Lungi Mhlanga is bringing Treats to Shoreditch with a new permanent shop.
If you haven't been to Treats before, it works a little differently to your average doughnut shop. Each one on the menu is cooked to order so when it gets to your hands it'll be properly hot. Those are backed up by more desserts like:
- Donut French Toast - a square donut cooked like French toast and served with maple syrup, salted butter and cereal milk ice cream
- Un-baked Alaska served with hot chocolate “crack” sauce
- Deep fried Oreo donuts
Alongside those will be their own ice cream, s’mores, hot chocolate and more. So if you have a dessert craving in the Shoreditch area, this should do the trick.
