We've long been fans of Fink's Salt & Sweet in Highbury - it's our neighbourhood coffee shop, deli and purveyor of top tier sandwiches, bottled cocktails and more.
Back in 2020 they expanded by opening a sibling spot, Fink's Gillespie, in Arsenal. And now they're at it again, moving slightly further east this time to Hackney.
They've just opened their doors to a decidedly pink store on Chatsworth Road where they'll be serving up those amazing sandwiches, made daily using Dusty Knuckle bread, along with cakes and cookies, all baked in house.
So if you're over in Clapton and been wondering how to get your hands on some Mistletoe Margarita or fabulous cinnamon buns, you've now got the perfect place on your doorstep.
