Supa Ya Ramen bring their "inauthentic" ramen to Peckham

Supa Ya Ramen bring their "inauthentic" ramen to Peckham

They moved from pop-up to permanent restaurant in Dalston and now Supa Ya Ramen are getting ready to open their second place, this time in Peckham.

Luke Findlay’s ramen bar specialises in what he calls "inauthentic" ramen which is influenced by British produce and flavours. So the ramen includes:

  • Roast Chicken & Corn - chicken soup, sesame miso, roast garlic oil, buttered chilli corn, roast chicken, green onions, egg
  • Cumberland sausage Tantanmen - chicken soup, sesame miso, green onions, egg, house chill paste, spicy sausage

On top of that, there are extras like fried chicken with apricot and pickled chillies or fried potatoes with smacked cucumbers, sesame and hot honey. And to finish, their noodle ice cream with miso caramel. Drinks-wise, there's a new cocktail menu including a Pickled Fennel Martini.

If all that takes your fancy, then you'll want to head to their new Rye Lane restaurant as soon as it opens.
