They're big in Brighton (and are also at Boxpark Shoreditch and Croydon). Now Fatto a Mano are coming to London with a permanent restaurant - Fatto Pizza & Beer in King's Cross.
First up are the Neapolitan pizzas. They include classics like the Margherita, Diavola and Salsiccia e Friarielli as well as monthly specials. They'll also have vegan pizzas using their own Tomato & Olive ‘Nduja.
Then there are the beers - with six beers on tap and more in the fridge. Those will include their own Fatto Bionda Pilsner brewed by Harbour Brewing Co of Cornwall and from Brighton, there will be an UnBarred Joosy Hazy Pale.
Opening on Pancras Square, it could be very handy if you want to grab a decent pizza before the last train home.
