Provisions on Holloway Road is bringing back its wine bar

Not seen since the heady pre-Pandemic days, popular North London cheese and wine store Provisions has decided to bring back its wine bar. For three nights each week the Holloway Road shop will transform from a store to a casual wine bar.

There'll be room for 20 folk to sit up at the counter to enjoy a wine offering that's focused on organic and biodynamic wine. Of course there's food to go along with that and we're told you can expect a selection of cheese plates, cured meats and the return of Provisions' feast board - a combo of raw milk cheese and antipasti.

Founder Hugo Meyer Esquerré is planning to offer a range of Pet Nat and orange wines by the glass, but if you fancy something different you'll be able to pick a bottle from Provision’s wall of natural wines, with a small corkage.

Given that the store supplies top London restaurants like Laughing Heart, Bright and Chiltern Firehouse, this should be a bar reopening not to miss.
