After expanding to a Hackney restaurant in 2019 that served handmade pasta in the evenings, the exciting news is that a third Pophams site is on the way, this time in Victoria Park Village, announced on Instagram (and initially spotted by Eater).
London’s Pophams Bakery has had a cult-like following ever since the 2017 opening of its Islington site, where its highly Instagrammable (but more importantly, delicious) concoctions generated queues down Prebend Street. If you’ve somehow missed the maple-bacon-croissant movement, this will be another opportunity to get your hands on their most famous pastry, and much more besides.
The new space is being fitted out by Tatara Workshop and using bespoke ceramics by local potter Kimbelery Chan of SanSan. But that's all we know about it right now - we'll update with more info as soon as we have details.
