They say a picture paints a thousand words and if that's true, what this picture of CHIN CHIN Dessert Club's latest creation is telling us, is that our life would be immeasurably better having tried it.
The dessert folk, who are probably best known for their nitro ice-cream treats, have come up with a spring special that we very much need to order. The Lemon Meringue Baked Alaska features Amalfi lemon sorbet inside meringue which is then blow torched before being studded with tutti frutti candies. In the middle of all that you'll find buttery biscuit crumble and some of their homemade basil lemon curd.
This new, limited edition, is being launched to coincide with the official start of Spring. It's only available at their Soho site and will cost you £8.95. But really what price can you put on such Insta-perfection?
