We've discovered news of Marsha, a chicken restaurant that's on the way to Kingly Court. It seems to be taking over from the previous chicken restaurant, Whyte and Brown (and may also be from the same people). It's not the first Marsha restaurant either - they opened relatively quietly in Gabriel's Wharf back in April last year. Apparently, their produce is all free-range and comes from Yorkshire farm Soanes Poultry. Looking at the menu, they're making use of as much of the chickens as possible.
Alongside half chickens poached in brine before being roasted as well as buttermilk chicken burgers, you'll be able to find:
- Crispy chicken skins, Marsha seasoning
- Chicken hearts in blankets, chimichurri
- Sauteed chicken livers, green lentils, harissa yoghurt
- Buttermilk gochujang wings, kimchi slaw
- Tenders, black truffle mayo
Chicken aside, there are also a fair amount of vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu too like Bang Bang cauliflower with gochujang sauce and grilled spring cabbage with smoked romesco, tahini and almonds.
