22/11/21 - updated with Yard Sale opening date
There's even more pizza on the way as two of London's favourites expand with a couple of new openings.
First off, we have Pizza Pilgrims, who are heading west to Queensway. Their new place there is an 85-seater restaurant and you can have Neapolitan pizzas that include:
- Puttanesca (tomatoes with anchovies, olives, capers, chilli and garlic, topped with Mozzarella and basil)
- Salciccia e Friarielli (roasted Italian sausage and wild broccoli on an olive oil base with smoked mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh chilli)
- The vegan Pizz’ & Love (tomato base with wild broccoli, mushrooms, olives, red onion and artichoke hearts, finished with vegan basil pesto)
Meanwhile, across town in South East London, Yard Sale are getting ready for their ninth pizzeria, opening in Crofton Park, and delivering to the surrounding area. From them, you'll have:
- Holy Pepperoni - Regular pepperoni, smoky gyula pepperoni & spicy Nduja sausage
- The Aubergine - Garlic roasted aubergine, parmesan crumb & basil
- New Porker - Fresh Sicilian sausage, guindilla chillies, garlic oil, oregano & fresh basil
