If your favourite part of the Christmas lunch is not the turkey but the Brussels sprouts then Taste of London's festive edition has just the thing for you.
The Christmas food festival, which opens in Tobacco Dock this week, is having a one day only Brussels Sprout Bar, and they've roped in four top chefs to tackle everyone's favourite (or most loathed) element of the Christmas spread.
First up is Jay Morjaria from Mamma Pastrama who's created a Korean Corn Dog Sprout with sticks of deep-fried sproutss in gochujang ketchup, mustard and topped off with parmesan cheese.
Gunpowder’s executive chef Nirmal Save is serving up a spicy Brussels Sprout Fritter, made up of baby spinach, ginger, green chillies and topped off with mustard & green chilli dip.
Hicce's Head Chef and Founder Pip Lacey's dish will be a selection of Deep-Fried Brussels Sprouts with pickled Kohlrabi & Hazelnut mayo.
Finally food writer, cook and co-founder of Life Kitchen, Ryan Riley has come up with his Sweet and Sour Sprouts topped with diced pancetta.
The bar will be be open for business on the first day of the festival, with 100 complimentary servings of each dish.
