If there's a hotter ticket than the prospect of a Sabrina Ghayour supperclub, then we've yet to discover it. The bestselling cookbook author and regular Saturday Kitchen guest has always been well known for her sellout supperclubs, but the past eighteen months of Covid restrictions put paid to those.
Now, she's back with a bang, heading to London for two days of pre-Christmas feasting, taking over Barboun in Shoreditch.
If, somehow, you've been under a rock this past decade and aren't up to speed with Ghayour, she's a British Iranian chef who specialises in Persian and modern Middle Eastern food. Her bookbooks like Persiana and Bazaar have been massive hits but it was supperclubs that first brought her to fame.
"“I’m so thrilled to finally bring back my Supperclubs and get to meet and cook my brand new recipes for people," Sabrina told Hot Dinners. "Nothing gives me greater pleasure, or draws on my Persian roots, more than being hostess and giving people a taste of some of the wonderful and exciting flavours of the East.”
The two nights in London will see guests enjoying 10 dishes from an all new menu. Expect tickets to go in a flash. Good thing you heard it here first!
