The Gladwins, the brothers behind restaurants including The Shed, Nutbourne, Sussex and Rabbit, are adding another restaurant to their collection. This time they're heading even further west, to Richmond.
The Fat Badger is billed as an "all-day British drinks and dining concept bringing everything we love about the countryside restaurant to life in London". As with their other restaurants, it will feature produce from their own farm alongside local suppliers. Food will include fillets of meat and fish cooked on the grill together with locally-sourced fresh vegetables and foraged herbs (and yes, there will ba a Sunday roast).
If you're just popping in for a drink at the bar, there will be fresh Maldon oysters, local charcuterie, house pickles, homemade crackers and British cheeses.
