Yesterday we brought you news of a vegan bacon cloud, and today we're bringing you news of a KFC-themed hotel suite in Shoreditch. We are in strange times indeed.
The suite is open for 11 nights - you can only stay one night, though - 11 may stretch the sanity of even the most die-hard KFC fan. The room, called the House of Harland, is of course covered in KFC decoration and memorabilia (something they've excelled at in recent years). It's room number 11 too - that number refers to the herbs and spices in KFC. The TV will be playing "chick flicks", naturally.
It's £111 a night (there's that number again) and all proceeds go to the KFC Foundation.
Of course, there is chicken too - and ordering it is extremely simple - just use the "press for chicken" button. Frankly, we'd like one of those at home. You'll even get picked up from King’s Cross train station in a slick Black Cadillac that they're calling the Colonelmobile.
