Kicking off today, Shake Shack have a new special on the menu that should be worth checking out.
This time it's a collaboration with Neil Rankin who's bringing his vegan burger know-how to Shake Shack with The Crispy Shallot Burger. He's developed the patty with Jim Frisch, Shake Shack's Director of Culinary + Product Development, and it's made from roasted mushrooms and onion, miso, bulgur wheat and a blend of spices. That's finished off with smoky cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, lettuce, and tangy Dijonnaise sauce on a toasted potato bun. And it's all 100% vegan.
The burger's on sale now, just head to your nearest Shake Shack, with outdoor seats available at Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road, Victoria, Stratford and Canary Wharf if you fancy an alfresco burger.
