If there's one thing that we've missed during this latest lockdown, it's the lack of pies from Calum Franklin and the Holborn Dining room team. But that's now changing with the launch of Rosewood London's at-home delivery services, which included three showstopping pies from their restaurant (just in time for National Pie Week).
The pies are larger sharing versions, and on the list are some Holborn Dining Room classics:
- Chicken, Chestnut Mushroom and Tarragon Pie
- Dauphinoise Potato, Caramelised Onion and Comte Pie
- Curried Mutton and Potato Pie
Each comes with mash, heritage carrots and sauce or gravy and they all come in at £45. They're just reheat-jobs so very little work is required - and if you've been missing these pies then we'd say putting in an order is a must.
That's not all though. They also have Champagne afternoon tea for two (the pastries, in particular, look very impressive) as well as bottled cocktails from Scarfe's Bar.
