Table@Vallebona trams up with Jacob Kenedy, Adam Byattt and more for recipe kits

Wimbledon village Italian deli Table@Vallebona is much-loved by (and also supplies) a number of top London chefs. So it's taken the next step and worked with them to create a number of special chef boxes during lockdown. Each box contains everything you need to make a recipe which is also included by the chef in question. 

To kick-off, there are four chef-led boxes:

  • Truffle and Lardo Risotto by Diego Ferrari and Emily Roux  (Caractere)
  • Spaghetti alla Bottarga Pasta - Jacob Kenedy (Bocca di Lupo)
  • Nduja and Tomato Capunti Pasta - Rachel Humphrey (Le Gavroche)
  • Bucatino Bianco Pasta - Adam Byatt (Trinity), pictured.

In the future, boxes will be from Chris King (The Langham), Mario Perera (The Dorchester), Kady Yan (Soho House) and Nick Grossi (Enoteca Super Tuscan). 

The boxes look like a good bet for pulling together a good supper, particularly if you don't fancy going down the larger meal-kit route.
