While Racine itself is long gone, chef Henry Harris continues to revive it from time to time (most recently there was a pop-up at Chelsea Physic Garden). The latest revival is a team-up with HG Walter and Irish Beef. The Racine At Home box is on sale for a very limited period and with it, you'll make:
- Bayonne ham and celeriac remoulade
- 950g Grass fed Irish côte de boeuf with roasted bone marrow, bordelaise sauce, wilted spinach, and pommes anna
- St Marcellin, Comté, spiced walnuts and cheese biscuits
So if you need one more hit of Racine - this could be the box for you.
