If you've been longing for a hit of Bao, but live outside the Rice Error delivery range - this is the story for you. BAO are introducing a series of kits - and they're delivering to anyone within the M25 (with nationwide delivery to follow),
There will be two options. First up is the classic bao - 12-hour braised pork, fermented greens and peanut dust. Then there's the vegetarian option - with individual panko daikon. Each box comes with six ready-to-steam BAOs and all the ingredients you need. They'll also be selling the bao buns separately in case you want to go wild with your own creations.
They'll also have their Aged White Soy sauce available on the same date. This is extremely limited - the restaurant itself only gets the sauce delivered twice a year - so you'll want to be quick off the mark to grab a bottle.
Later in June, there will be limited editions of BAO baked goodies and they'll be offering a prize of a year's supply of food - so keep an eye out for those too.
