We're still a little way off from London's Michelin-starred restaurants being reopened, but in South Kensington Claude Bosi isn't hanging around. While his two Michelin-starred restaurant upstairs in the Michelin building will have to wait - right now he's concentrating on the downstairs oyster bar.
From this week, they'll have a new set menu every day for collection - running from Thursday - Sunday. Here's a look at what's to come this week (all at £28.50):
- Thursday: Cornish lobster, cocktail sauce / Brittany rabbit, mustard sauce / Cherry clafoutis, toasted almond ice cream
- Friday: Petrossian smoked salmon quiche, chives and horseradish cream fraiche / Chicken, langoustine and tarragon / Yogurt ice cream, English strawberry jam
- Saturday: Wye Valley asparagus cold “sauce mousseline” / Navarin of lamb Printanier / Crème caramel
- Sunday: Cornish lobster bisque / Challand duck pie, peas à la Française, “sauce à l'orange” / Hedone bakery viennoiserie bread and butter pudding
That's coupled with wine from their cellar - prices start at £15 - but reach £295 for a Krug Grand Cuvée 166th Edition, if you're in the mood for splashing out.
