Next up on the comeback trail is Newington Green's Jolene (sister restaurant to Primeur and Westerns Laundry). The restaurant is opening in phases starting from Wednesday 20 May, kicking off with "breads, pastries, soups, pastas, savoury pastries, wine" and more added as they get into things. So if you're in the area and have been missing their lovely bread - this will be very pleasing news to hear.
In the following week, things get even more interesting. They'll be launching "Jo to Go" - their regular meals service. That will apparently be "a choice of two set meals to pre-order & take away" which will be pre-order and collection only to start with (between 6 and 8pm).
