Over in Highbury, top Thai restaurant Farang has an interesting new offering during Lockdown. With just the one chef - owner Sebby Holmes - in the kitchen, they've launched Farang Larder this week.
As the name suggests they'll be offering a range of food, drink and meals to fill up your store cupboard and fridge.
There are five recipes kits. Choose from red, green, jungle and massaman curry kits or Miang for Days - which has everything you need to make 20 miang bites. If you want all the hard work done for you, Sebby's ready meals are for heating up at home - like the Red curry of roast Swaledale pork belly, seasonal vegetables and Asian herbs.
We're rather taken with the snacks and sweet stuff section. Sure you could opt for the healthy-sounding kale crisps with burnt chilli dipping sauce, but we want the salted mandarin and milk chocolate brownies - or maybe the palm sugar and cranberry flapjacks.
You can pick up Thai groceries if you'd rather make your own food from scratch, and Farang are also pushing their supplier's food too, with 10-year-old, grass-fed, bone-in Dexter sirloin steak or daily fish packs available too.
