We've already written about Adrian Martin's Wildflower, which is opening in the new Buck Street Market development in Camden, but that's not the only big opening that's coming to the new market. Joining him will be Miguel Barclay, who has a huge following for his One Pound Meal books.
He's opening Miguel's Pizza. - a pizza by the slice restaurant - but don't be expecting each slice to be £1 (although you can find £1 pizzas in his books). Instead, it'll all be about affordable New York Style pizza, made fresh daily and on-site and cooked in a stone baked oven. The idea is to bring affordable food cooked from scratch to Camden at £2.80 a slice.

When looking to set up my very first restaurant, the appeal of Camden’s Buck Street Market was ideal for my New York-inspired pizza concept. By launching in my local neighbourhood, I am excited to show everybody exactly how I can bring a few humble ingredients together to make affordable fresh food from scratch. I'm also looking forward to working with the street food vendors and local restaurants to create limited-edition pizzas by accompanying behind the scenes videos to showcase the amazing talent in the area and inspire the people of Camden to get enthusiastic about our unique food scene.
