Le Bun's latest collaboration is here and they're trying something quite different. This time they're teaming up with Madison (the bar that overlooks St Paul's) for two new specials which are on for 10 days only.
First off is the Le Triple Duck Burger - that's a confit duck patty with truffle mayo, champagne slaw and straw potatoes for extra crunch - and some red wine jus on top if you fancy. Because why not? That's on every day at lunch.
And there are two additions to the brunch menu that we're really craving, to be honest. First is the Fried Chicken Caviar Benedict - fried chicken, caviar hollandaise, pink onions, poached Burford egg in potato brioche. And then there's the Dessert Burger which is a macaroon, salted caramel meringue, chocolate ganache, passion fruit icing and raspberry coulis on top. Yep, would have.
Le Bun will be at Madison for 10 days only - and the rest of the Le Bun classics are also on the menu.
