Every now and again there's a collaboration between restaurants that makes you stop in your tracks. Last week it was the bacon naan pizza from Dishoom and Pizza Pilgrims - and this week it's the turn of Patty&Bun and Padella.
They're teaming up for the mighty burger that you see above. It's an aged beef patty, topped with Pici Cacio e Pepe (that's Padella’s famous pasta dish made simply with parmesan and black pepper), Cobbled Lane cured nduja mayo, spicy Italian sausage in mayo form, and red onion and lettuce.
Yes, that DOES sound good. If you fancy it, you'll have to head along to Patty&Bun's London Bridge restaurant (just across the road from Padella) where it's on the menu for four weeks from 21 October. So if you find yourself needing some Padella pasta but the waiting time for a table is on the epic side, head over to Patty&Bun.
