What: Ippudo
In a nutshell: Japanese ramen giant continues its London expansion
Summing it all up: If you're after somewhere in Fitzrovia to sit and slurp ramen, then this international ramen chain are hoping you'll pick their new restaurant on Goodge Street to do just that.
The low-down
It's been a while since ramen chain Ippudo opened a new restaurant - their last was in Charing Cross at the beginning of 2018. But they've now secured a site in the heart of Fitzrovia.
A press release issued by CDG Leisure said they'd helped the Japanese company sign a deal for the old Kua’aina spot on Goodge Street.
You can presume that you'll be able to order all their ramen dishes, along with chicken Kara-Age , stewed tofu and sushi. They've also come up with a signature ramen for each of their three other London sites, so it's a safe bet to presume they're working on something rather special for Fitzrovia too.
