Summing it all up: The same people who brought us Soane's Kitchen have taken over the gallery cafe in the South London Gallery in Peckham for their latest opening.
The low-down
New to Peckham and part of the area's South London Gallery is Crane's Kitchen, coming from the people behind Social Pantry (the same people who run Soane's Kitchen in Ealing and Social Pantry Kitchen on Lavender Hill). So if you fancy some contemporary culture and grub in Peckham, this could be for you.
It'll cover a similar style to their existing cafes - light seasonal dishes that include:
- Braised Chicken, Fennel, Fregola and Broad Bean; Smoked Mackerel Panzanella
- Labneh, Poached Eggs, Spring Greens & Spiced Hazelnut Butter.
It'll be an all-day affair, open up to 6pm (9pm on Wednesdays) - and yes, they will be putting on a weekend brunch.
