Hawaiian-inspired Island Poké are keeping things fresh with another collaboration for their ‘Guest Bowl’ series, and this time they've teamed up with top US chef Nancy Silverton, who’s come up with Salmon Poké Nicoise bowl for the occasion.
The limited edition bowl, inspired by the classic salad dish, will see sashimi-grade salmon paired with sliced new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, ciabatta croutons, capers and a "set egg", served on a bed of salad, and finished with a tangy lemon anchovy vinaigrette.
Silverton says her dish was inspired by menus at her LA restaurants, Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza.
Over the past three decades, Silverton penned an impressive eight recipe books, and says she was “thrilled to contribute to London’s electric food scene” with the bowl.
The latest bowl follows the restaurant's previous collaborations with the likes of Mac & Wild, Kricket, Bala Baya, Pitt Cue and more.
If you’d like to get your hands on the limited edition dish, it’ll be on the menu from 13 March to the end of May.
