If you're after a new way to start the day, or need something a bit different to try the next time you have a breakfast meeting, how about booking the breakfast at Gazelle which starts service in two weeks?
From 8am until 11am, Gazelle morning menu features dishes every bit as unusual as their lunch and dinner offering. So you're unlikely to find smashed avo and poached eggs on sourdough here.
What you will find are dishes like poached duck egg with smoked potato (which looks like it's a foam that's whizzed over the egg at the table from these pics). There's also black pepper mackerel with tomato and ricotta and if you're after something a little sweeter - yoghurt, granola and carrot jam or maybe a black sesame custard bun.
Tony Conigliaro's come up with a range of breakfast cocktails to accompany these like a Grapefruit Bucks Fizz or Peach Bellini (if you're having a later breakfast from 10am) but there are also non-boozy concoctions such as Raspberry & Rose, and Apple, Dill & Pine.
