Yes we know the best of the Summer may well be behind us, but we're still up for as much ice cream as we can handle (i.e. a lot). And as such, we quite love the idea of the latest Ben and Jerry's creation - the Ice Ice Bagel. Yes indeed, that's a bagel ice-cream sandwich (made with Scotland's Bross Bagels).
There are two on offer - and they are:
- Birthday Bagel – A pink bagel filled with Ben & Jerry’s "Birthday Cake" (Vanilla Cake Batter Ice Cream with Pink Frosting & Strawberry Swirls and Cake Pieces) and topped with multi-coloured sprinkles.
- Holey Cara-moley - A lye-coated pretzel bagel with the scoop-shop exclusive flavour "Double Caramel Brownie" (caramel ice cream with salted caramel swirl and chocolate brownies) and covered in gooey caramel sauce.
They're only available for a limited time and only at the Soho scoop shop - so if you're in Soho this weekend - you know where to pop into. And if you're not, you can always create these at home with your own tubs from the freezer. We're just off to the bagel shop now...
