Summing it all up: You may have seen Yolkbreaker serving up their egg buns in various food markets. Now they're setting up their first permanent location in Camden Market.
The low-down
We're seeing a lot of street food stalls go permanent at the moment, and the latest to join them is Yolkbreaker. You could previously find them at Primrose Hill and Hampstead food markets and now they're setting up shop in Camden Market.
The main event will be the "Yolk Breaker" sandwich - that's scrambled eggs, caramelised onions, Sriracha mayo and Red Leicester cheese. And their egg and bacon bun sounds pretty good too - and over-easy fried egg, applewood smoked bacon, harissa mayo and Red Leicester cheese. Plus there will be the egg and mushroom bun for vegetarians too.
So expect a lot of eggy food-porn images to start appearing on Instagram in the Camden vicinity when they open...
