If you've been wondering why CHIK'N on Baker Street is currently closed, then let us enlighten you. The team are working behind the scenes to turn it into more of an ‘express’ Chick ‘n’ Sours with more attitude to the dishes and a restaurant that's "more chilled to sit in now". And to that end, they're bringing in three new sandwiches and one amazing sounding special.
They'll be keeping two of their burgers - the Straight Up and CHIK’N Classic but new ones include:
- Tori Katsu - Kewpie mayo, lettuce, Katsu ketchup, ginger miso slaw
- Brick Lane E1 – Chik’n mayo, masala shake, tamarind glaze, Coronation slaw
- Cali Hot Chick - Guacamole, chipotle mayo, fajita shake, lettuce, cheese
There'll also be a special to launch the new look CHIK'N with - Mr Wang’s Famous Korean BBQ - featuring Korean BBQ, cheese, hot sauce, lettuce and kimchi - as well as new sides and dips. Best of all if you hotfoot it down there this Thursday you'll get 50% off for the soft launch (while stocks last).
