What: Grays and Feather
In a nutshell: Sparkling wines in Covent Garden
Summing it all up: With a wine merchants business and a stall on the South Bank under their belt, Grays and Feather are getting ready to open their first wine bar. And it's all devoted to sparkling wines.
The low-down
News of a new wine bar always makes us happy, if we're being honest. And one that's mainly about sparkling wine - that's really got us interested.
Grays and Feather have been appearing at South Bank Market (and have a wine merchant business too), but now they're getting ready to open a permanent spot and they'll be letting the fizz flow in the summer. They'll be focusing on sparkling wines from around the globe, "from the rolling hills of England to the southern peaks of Patagonia" we're told.
As to what else to expect - they're still keeping those details to themselves at the moment (although we know there will be food in the form of sharing plates). We'll update with more about the new place as soon as we get it.
