North London beer lovers, get ready - things are about to get a lot more interesting now Camden Town Brewery’s new Enfield site has just opened its Visitor Centre with a kitchen doing a £20 bottomless brunch.
That includes a hot dish including skilled baked eggs with sausage, as many croissants, pretzels and granola as you can greedily gobble down, and of course, two sweet, sweet hours of all-you-can-drink Camden Hells Lager. There’ll also be a new modern beer hall menu from the chefs at Horseshoe gastropub (which is where the brewery first started) serving meats and cheeses until 8pm if you feel the need for further stomach lining later in the day.
If that’s not quite enough beer for you, then you can also book yourself in on a tour of the brewery too. And do bear in mind before you head up that the Visitor Centre will only be open once a month, so check in advance.
If that all sounds WAY too unhealthy for you for a weekend - you could always join in on the Run Like Hells Run Club and the new Road to Hells Cycle club to either run or bike your way from thehir Kentish Town Brewery up to Enfield. You'll really deserve that beery brunch then. (Lazy folk can just take an Uber and show that receipt for a first drink on the house.)
