If your idea of welcoming in the weekend involves curling up with the papers quietly at home, then we're pretty sure that the new Joe Allen brunch won't be for you.
On the other hand, if you love the idea of someone belting out Defying Gravity or Luck Be A Lady while you knock back a Bloody Mary or two, then this is right up your street.
The piano brunch runs all weekend with a soundtrack of live show tunes to sharpen your appetite. Dishes are all-American so expect fluffy Ricotta pancakes and maple syrup with poached strawberries and mascarpone and a Breakfast bun with scrambled eggs, smoked slab bacon, smoked sausage and melted cheese.
If all that singing has brought on a thirst, the bar will be serving up a selection of classic brunch cocktails.
