The latest opening on Chelsea's food and drink hub, Pavilion Road, is The Roasting Party - an Aussie coffee spot that sounds worth a try. The folk behind it began as a roastery in Winchester and they're aiming to serve up a milk based espresso that is sweeter, with a fuller body. Which probably means something to you if you've got a serious London caffeine habit. If you're into dairy-free, they're doing something a bit different by offering drinks made using macamilk - imported from Oz and made from, you guessed it, macademia milk.
There's food too, with the usual smashed avocado on sourdough - natch - but being Australian they're also serving up sourdough with whipped vegemite butter or maybe you fancie a chia coconut pudding with maringues and pomegranate molassses or raw vegan cheesecake bites?
