Ever since opening their doors in Shepherd's Bush last year, popular Mexican joint Killer Tomato has been doing a nice job of serving up top burritos and tacos to the denizens of West London. Now they're setting their sights on a second restaurant.
Killer Tomato will open on Portobello Road this Autumn, just up the road from Goode & Wright.
It'll be ever-so-slightly bigger than the Shepherd's Bush original with room for 40 diners. As for the menu, expect much of the same that made it work so well first time around - so crackling burritos, house-made hot sauces and cheeseburger tacos, with a few tweaks. And they'll be doing churros for the first time. As with the original, no dish will cost over a tenner, so put this on your budget must-try list.
