We always appreciate a good view over London. So news that swanky Knightsbridge hotel the Jumeirah Carlton Tower has just opened a ninth floor bar was music to our ears. The pop up sundowner bar has taken over the hotels Club Room lounge for the summer.
For drinks there'll be a range of classic cocktails like Peach Bellini, Negroni or Cosmopolitan as well as a few more modern drinks like their Sloely But Surely, mixing Sipsmith sloe gin with vanilla, lime and champagne.
On the bar snacks front the menu will feature Loch Fyne salmon, avocado, rocket and crumbled feta tacos; warm Ragstone goat’s cheese croquettes with orange blossom honey and heritage beetroot; and Spanish potato and onion omelette with aioli.
