What: Gabeto Cantina
In a nutshell: All day dining in Camden Market
Summing it all up: There’ll be wood oven, a terrace with food pop-ups and an in-house mixologist to whip up unique cocktails for visitors to Gabeto Cantina, Camden Market's newest restaurant.
The low-down
The next time you find yourself browsing vintage mirrors and antique suitcases in Camden Market, you may want to schedule a drop into Gabeto Cantina, a new restaurant serving up contemporary British food.
Lee Andrews, formerly of the Chiltern Firehouse, will be in the kitchen cooking up “British brasserie dining injected with a delicate yet delicious twist”. It’ll also have a terrace so well equipped to handle the weather that it plans to be in service 300 days of the year, hosting pop-up food vendors.
Gabeto Cantina will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with plenty of it no doubt making use of their special wood oven. There'll be plenty of different sized plates for you to choose from as well, from big sharing plates to individual dishes and smaller plates.
Drinks will be provided courtesy of mixologist Tony Safqui who’ll be looking after the cocktails and wine list.
