Bite Me Burger Co is Adam Rawson’s new mini-burger restaurant

A Hot Dinners exclusive

What: Bite Me Burger Co

In a nutshell: Bite-size burgers in all styles, from classic to creative.

Summing it all up: Try the Duck Me with duck, hoisin and truffle mayo, the Lambtastic with stilton, and The BC with cream cheese aioli and bacon all in one sitting at the Bite Me Burger Co, Adam Rawson’s new mini-burger brand.

The low-down

What do you do when you want to try ALL the burgers, but sadly, it's just not physically possible? Head to Bite Me Burger Co, a mini-burger pop-up from the master of sliders himself, Adam Rawson.

Your first chance to sample the goods will come this summer to Holborn, where there’ll be the classic Beef Encounter, as well as The BC with cream cheese aioli, bacon and brie. More adventurous burger lovers can try the Lambtastic with stilton and smoked yoghurt, the Duck Me with a duck patty, truffle mayo and smoked hoisin, and a buttermilk-fried chicken burger called the Pluck Me (we’re enjoying all these puns, by the way). Veggies also have the rather ingenious option of swapping out the meat in any of the above with an aubergine patty.

Or if you can’t make your mind up, you can literally just opt for the box of a dozen mini-burgers to go. We really can’t think of any occasion that wouldn’t be suited for.

Adam Rawson will be more than well-placed to lead the venture given his ongoing success with all things burger related, from being the repeated winner of the Slider Decider, to his popular pop-ups and residencies.

The Bite Me Burger Co. will be temporarily housed inside Cha Chaan Teng before it moves into a permanent home in West London this autumn.
