We're about to hit the point at which London finds floral inspiration in everything for the duration of the Chelsea Flower Show. And London's restaurants just love the opportunity to put their gardening gloves on and come up with flowery dishes and drinks.
One such event worth seeking out will be Irish chef and writer Clodagh McKenna's pop-up at the Cheyne Walk Brasserie in West London. Her lovely-sounding menu will feature floral focused delights including roast carrot soup with wild garlic pecan pesto & violets, dorset crab cakes with avocado, fennel aioli and edible flower salad and rosewater pavlova.
