Sushi fans should make a beeline for Sushi Shop, which has just launched a new menu featuring dishes from Michelin-starred chef Kei Kobayashi. The four dishes were inspired by the French/Japanese fusion food he creates at his restaurant in Paris, Kei.
Look out for:
- Gyu special roll (pictured) - beef carpaccio, teriyaki sauce with peppers, carrot, rocket, fried onions and a mayo-style sauce
- Gravlax roll - a reinterpretation of Kei's signature dish - gravlax salmon with carrot, cucumber, white turnup, salmon roe, crumble and tapenade
- Red miso cucumber salad with maple syrup and yuzu zest
- Garden maki vegetable roll with sweet and sour sauce and red miso
