As for the menu, there'll be bar snacks like fried olives and mixed nuts. to go alongside Old Fashioned cocktails and Ridgway Margaritas - as well as some drinks created specially for the London space. Opening for coffee and breakfast in the morning expect to find dishes like avocado toast with soft boiled egg, radish and jalapeño (£7) or oatmeal with rolled oats, banana, berries and granola (£5.50). Rolled Oats with Bananas, Berries, Granola. The coffee is a custom blend, roasted specifically for Ralph Lauren using organically grown beans crafted by La Colombe.
Later in the day, there'll be slightly larger dishes like cobb salad, butternut squash soup and club sandwiches and we might have to try the dessert dish of "Ralph's favourite" - mini brownie, mini cheesecake and caramel corn.
