The ETM group - known for The Botanist and The Gun have three new pubs on the way - coming to Finsbury Square and the new Nova development in Victoria.
First up is Burdock, at the Royal London Hotel in Finsbury Square. That one features a 2,000 square foot bar, four (very "now") overhanging tank beers with rotating guest craft ales and will seat up to 100, for all-day dining and drinking.

Next up is Aviary - that's also at the Royal London Hotel, but this time on the roof. It'll have a huge, south-facing terrace overlooking the City on the 10th floor, all designed by Russell Sage. And you'll be able to hire out suites with terraces on the 9th floor of the hotel for private parties too.
Food will be high-quality British meat and fish cooked over charcoal at temperatures of up to 550°C. And they'll have a range of botanical cocktails too.

And finally, there's Greenwood, coming to the new Nova development in Victoria. That's a huge 11,000 feet bar and restaurant which apparently features a barbershop too. Expect a sporting feel to this one, with several huge screens and ping pong tables upstairs. That opens towards the end of 2016.
