Work in or around Oxford Street? There's a breakfast bar from a British start-up popping up in Selfridges food department for three weeks this summer. The Cuckoo muesli bar will be in store from 18 July. Choose from breakfast options like:
- Homemade Dukkah Granola with Date Syrup, Coconut Strawberry Puree topped with Almond Butter
- Savoury Beetroot goodness with Wasabi Peanuts and Peppery Coconut Chips
You get to choose the base, and then pick from a choice of toppings - classic natural British yoghurt and oats soaked in apple juice; carrot and linseed bircher or beetroot bircher and dairy-free coconut yoghurt bircher. Prices are £3.99 for one topping, £4.49 two toppings and £4.99 for three toppings.
