A new Mexican restaurant is coming to London - and it looks like it's backed up by a chef with an impressive pedigree. It comes from Eduardo Garcia of Maximo Bistrot, a restaurant in Mexico City that is one of the Latin America Best 50 Restaurants list.
Although it's an imminent opening, we only know a little about the food. What we do know is that it'll have a contemporary approach, the food will mainly be gluten and dairy free and the menu is divided into six parts - Ensaladas, Crudo, Tostadas, Masa, Cebiche and Mole. And that on top of that, they'll have a contemporary take on Mexican brunch at the weekend.
Drinks-wise, they will, of course, have Margaritas - they signature being a Peyotito Margarita - a shaken Margarita with a spicy Tajin rimmed glass, blanco tequila, Cointreau, agave syrup, lime juice and Mezcal vial. They'll also have the Mescalero, a twist on the Peruvian Sour.
