Nest up at Herne' Hill's Lido Cafe are streetfood stars Le Bao - and they've got some great sounding steamed buns to offer at the poolside cafe (with weather than you might actually consider a dip too):
- The Original (spicy pork confit, pickled cucumbers, powdered peanuts)
- Mary Had A Little Bao (Moroccan merguez patty, harissa mayo, cress, pomegranate seeds)
- Say Cheese (grilled goat cheese, crispy shallots, rocket, caramelised onion chutney)
- Plus new small including Spicy Kimchi, Drunken Mussels and Grass-fed Beef Tartare.
The residency kicks off today, at 6pm and will be on every Thursday and Friday for the month.
